Cat and Camel! How to – Begin on your hands and knees. Round your back by contracting your abdominals and tucking your pelvis. Then allow your back to sag toward the floor as you lift your chest forward. Hold briefly. Repeat three to five times.
Exercise of the Month
Floor Press with Leg Extension! How to – Lay on your back holding on to dumbbells. Keep your elbows in with your knees to your chest. Press the weight straight up while extending your legs out.
New research has shown that environmental changes are simpler and more effective for sticking to healthy diets. For example, instead of cutting out junk food from your diet, try putting it on higher shelf or only keeping a small amount in the house at a time. Having to make an effort to eat the junk food will force you to stop and think if it’s worth having.
