Stretch of the Month
Plow! How to – Lay on your back. Pull your legs all the way over your head to the floor keeping your legs as straight as possible. Try to touch your toes to the floor while keeping your hips above your shoulders. Hold position for several breaths.
Exercise of the Month
Lunge Press! How to – Start in a lunge position making sure your front knee does not go over your toes. Hold the dumbbells at shoulder height. Press dumbbells as many times as you can and then switch legs. Continue to go back and forth until exhaustion.

With the weather turning warmer, shopping at a farmer’s market can be a real pleasure. Treat yourself to seasonal fruits and veggies that you normally don’t purchase. Added bonus – you’ll be supporting local farmers!
